The HUD-Certified Housing Counseling Program of the Urban League of Metropolitan Saint Louis offers services in housing counseling and training.

The program addresses resident’s housing needs in:
- Understanding the home-buying process
- Finding solutions to missed mortgage or rent payment

- Avoiding homes from foreclosure
- Preventing eviction
- Advocating for fair housing
- Learning about options to solve other housing issues

ELIGIBILITY:
The Urban League provides HUD-certi ed housing counseling to:
- Residents in the St. Louis metropolitan region interested in

pre and post home purchase issues
- Homeowners seeking alternatives to home foreclosure
- Individuals and/or families who may have experienced unfair or

discriminatory housing practices
